- Do I need to change my clothes?

Both male and female customers are required to change into treatment clothes.
- I am going to take a head spa treatment for the first time. Is there anything I should be careful about?

There is nothing in particular to be concerned about. Anyone is welcome to use this treatment, but if you have severe scalp irritation or rash, or if you have an injury or bruise on your head, please refrain from having the treatment as it may worsen the condition.
In addition, there may be cases such as pregnancy, which, at the salon's discretion, the customer may not be able to receive the treatment. So, please ask in advance if you have any concerns. Please note that the staff have limited English skills, so the inquiry should be in an email or have a translator at your side during a telephone call for further inquiries.
- Can I have a head massage while wearing hair extensions?

Please refrain from having hair extensions during a treatment. They may get tangled or come off if they are incompatible with our treatment products (e.g., shampoo). Also, the scalp cannot be massaged or appropriately washed with the hair extensions in place, which prevents the hair from getting the full treatment effect it should have.

We accept cashless payments. We accept major credit cards, QR payments, prepaid transportation system IC (e.g., SUICA, PASMO ), etc.
- How do I change or cancel an appointment?

Please call or drop us a message on LINE at least 24 hours prior to your appointment for any changes or cancellations. In case of cancellation on the appointment day, 50% of the fee will be charged.
